Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for full price items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please use the returns form in your parcel and send to the following address:
Party Pants Ltd, Unit 300, Castle House, 1 Baker Street, Stirling, FK8 1AL, Scotland
Just write this address on the front of your chosen packaging (we'd recommend you use the postage bag the trousers came in).
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer free returns. You’re responsible for all return costs, and the courier you use. Make sure to keep your proof of postage, in case anything goes wrong.

We do not accept returns for any discounted items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for any discounted items. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges as we carry so little stock and the style and size you're after might be sold out by the time your order makes its way back to us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
