How do I know what size to order?

What leg lengths are available?

In our first collection, there is only regular length available. See our size and fit guide for specific measurements.

But shorter and longer lengths are coming. If you're looking for a particular length of trouser, you can request that we notify you when it becomes available. Just select this length from the product page, click 'notify me when available 'and share your email address.

What materials are used to make the trousers?

The materials for each pair of trousers is carefully selected, based on the shape, style and how it should hang. And to provide you with maximum comfort. More details can be found on each product page.

You can rest assured that each material we choose, will be as environmentally-friendly as possible. It’ll also be long lasting, durable and hard for you to throw away! We want to cause as little damage to our planet as possible. 

 

How often do you restock items?

The short answers to this is, ‘we don’t know’! This very much depends on which styles are proving popular and the capacity of our suppliers. We’ll do small runs to begin with, so we’re never making more than we need, and test what sells. We’ll only order trims when we need to, but because these are handmade in India they can take a bit of time to get to us.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Find our gift cards here.

Select an amount, add to your shopping bag and we’ll send you an email with the details. You can then share this with whoever it’s for. They look nice, we promise!

We offer £10, £25, £50 and £100
gift card amounts.

Ordering

What do you use my data for?

We only use your data to send your order to you, and to provide updates of this through email. This means we have to share it with our shipping carrier, Evri, but no one else.

We’ll also send you an occasional newsletter email with details of new releases, exciting projects, unmissable events and special offers, but only if you’ve agreed to this.

What payment methods can be used?  

You can use your debit or credit card / Paypal / Shop pay / Apple pay / Google pay, to pay for your trousers.

How do I use my discount code?

You can enter your discount code straight after you click to ‘check out’. You’ll see a field called ‘Gift card or discount code’.

How do I use my gift card?

You can enter the code on your gift card (found in your email) straight after you click to ‘check out’. You’ll see a field called ‘Gift card or discount code’.

How long are gift cards valid for? 

Gift cards are valid for 5 years after the date of purchase. You’ve got plenty time to pick your perfect pair of trousers.

What happens once I’ve placed an order?

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll get packing. We send parcels out every Tuesday and Thursday (sometimes more), so have a maximum of 2 business days processing time. Once we’ve sent the order, we’ll let you know.

Can I cancel or edit an order?

After you’ve placed an order, it cannot be edited. If you’re quick we might be able to cancel it though, ping us an email at orders@partypantsclothing.com (we can’t make any promises though).

If you’re not happy with your order you can just send it back to us.

Receiving

What delivery options do I have?

You can choose between standard and express delivery when checking out. Both are sent via Evri.  

Standard delivery is free on all orders and will take between 6 and 12 days to reach you. Express delivery costs £5.00 and will take between 4 and 10 days to reach you.

What delivery locations can I choose?

You can choose to get your ordered delivered to any UK address.

We’re working on reaching the rest of the world soon!

Do I get free delivery?

Our standard delivery is free, no matter how many items you order.

You also have an express delivery option which will get to you a little quicker but costs £5.00.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can track your order here using your Evri tracking number, sent to you by email.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery will take between 6 and 12 working days to reach you, from date of placing order.

Express delivery will take between 4 and 10 working days to reach you, from date of placing order.

All estimated delivery times are subject to change based on recent disruptions, so please bear with us.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If you’re still waiting for your order 14 working days after placing it, please let us know at orders@partypantsclothing.com so we can follow up on this.

What packaging do you use to send items?

We use eco-friendly, paper mailing bags, strong enough to protect your trousers. It’s made from recycled material and is 100% recyclable. It also has a double peel in case you have to return your order or so you can easily use it again, without the need for tape. You’ll find no plastic in our packaging.

How do I dispose of your packaging?

Our mailing bags are 100% recyclable. Just pop them out with your other paper and cardboard.

How do I dispose of the swing tag?

The swing tag attached to your trousers is made from seed paper. You can rip it up, cover in soil, keep moist and place in the sun. It can be used inside or outside. It’s a vivid wild flower mix that will brighten up any window sill, mantelpiece or doorstep.

If you don’t want to plant this, it can be recycled will your other paper and cardboard.

The string attached to your string tag can be thrown into your food bin, it’s compostable and biodegradable.

Returning

How do I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges as the number of each garment we stock is so small and will sell out quickly! Feel free to return the trousers and re-order the size or style you’d prefer, if still available.

How do I return my order?

We hope you’re happy with everything you order, but there might be times when you need to return something. Simply fill in the returns form, pack up the unwanted trousers and then send to this address:

You’re currently responsible for all return costs, and the courier you use. Make sure to keep your proof of postage, in case anything goes wrong.

Where can I find my return label?

We’re working at setting up free returns, with a pre-paid label for you to use. For now, just write the address on the front of the original packaging.

Do I get free returns?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns based on the small number of items we make and deliver. You’re currently responsible for all return costs, and the courier you use. Although we’re working at setting up free returns, with a pre-paid label for you to use.

Do I get refunded for delivery costs if I return an item?

Delivery costs will not be refunded.

How long does a return take?


It can take up to 14 working days to process your return, and offer you a refund.

If you haven’t heard from us by then, reach out at orders@partypantsclothing.com so we can follow up on this.

Make sure to keep your proof of postage, just incase.

Can I return an item bought in a sale?

As long as it’s still in the same condition we sent it to you in, you can return a sale item. Follow the same process you would with any other return. Simply fill in the returns form, pack up the unwanted trousers and then send to this address:

What happens after I return an item?

Once you send us a return back, we’ll inspect it. If it’s still in perfect condition, we’ll refund your money.

We’ll then add the item back onto our website so someone else has the chance to purchase it.

How should I care for my item?

Every item is individual and so has unique care guideline. You can find these on your care label, or for more detail within the product description.

Find out what each symbol on your care label means to be on top of your trouser care.
